NOTE: E-Verify periodically directly sends updated information by email - not fax. Thus you or your company cannot be registered or participate in E-Verify unless you have a personal or company email address. If faxing is your preference instead of email, you will still need a computer and an email address. Email access does not have to be at your business - it can be your home computer.
WHAT DOES MY E-Verify SERVICE COST?
There is no charge to create an E-Verify account with my firm nor is there any monthly charge. You only pay a $10 work authorization query fee for each new hire. (charge applies even if the applicant is determined to be unauthorized.)
THAT'S IT!
TERMS: An invoice emailed once per month.
Fees are due upon receipt of invoice.
NOTE: Some startup companies may be required by their clients to use E-Verify. To satisfy this requirement, the startup company can register as an E-Verify participant, even though they haven't yet become staffed with workers. In such a case, there would only be a charge for any future hires.
